Development Control

Decisions to lock before bag production

Use the brief and approved sample to turn a broad collection idea into order-specific requirements.

Category and assortment fit

Align end use, target customer, price position, launch window, and the role of each style in the collection.

Construction before cosmetics

Define dimensions, reinforcement, closure, strap, pocket layout, and expected load before selecting surface details.

Materials and trims as one system

Coordinate shell, lining, zipper, webbing, hardware, labels, and color against the target use and price.

Brand and packaging consistency

Approve logo method, placement, color, labels, protective packing, and retail presentation on the sample.

Destination-market document planning

Identify testing, labeling, material claims, and export records required for the selected market and specification.

Order-defined approval and inspection

Record tolerances, defect limits, checkpoints, and reporting requirements against the approved sample.

How a Custom Bag Program Moves Forward

Five practical checkpoints from commercial brief to shipment.

1

Define the Bag Brief

Align the end use, style range, target quantity, material direction, branding, target price, and delivery window before quoting.

2

Engineer and Sample

Translate references or tech packs into construction details, then sample the shape, dimensions, reinforcement, stitching, and logo placement.

3

Lock Materials and Trims

Confirm fabric, lining, color, zippers, webbing, hardware, labels, and packaging against the approved sample and order specification.

4

Run Production and QC

Track bulk production with in-line checks, then inspect the finished order against agreed tolerances, AQL level, and defect limits.

5

Pack and Dispatch

Complete the approved packing method, share inspection evidence, and coordinate export documents and shipment timing.

Sourcing questions, answered

The essentials brands ask before placing a first order.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ starts at 100 pcs per style, with some categories from 300 pcs. Low MOQs let you test new markets and seasonal collections before scaling.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide pre-production samples so you can confirm materials, colors, and construction against your tech pack. Sample fees are typically credited back on bulk orders.

What is your production lead time?

Sampling takes about 7 days, and bulk production runs 25-35 days depending on quantity and complexity. We confirm a firm timeline in writing before production starts.

Do you offer full OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We handle everything from your finished designs (OEM) to co-developing new styles from a concept or reference (ODM), including materials, hardware, logos, linings, and custom packaging.

What compliance documents can you provide?

We can coordinate market-specific testing and provide the current material or order documentation available for the selected specification. Confirm the required documents before production.

What are your payment terms and shipping options?

Typical terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; other structures are available for repeat clients. We ship by sea, air, or express and support EXW, FOB, and DDP.
