Services

We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services for bags and accessories. All quotations, sampling, and production orders are subject to these terms.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment and written approval of production samples.

Quality & Inspection

Inspection requirements are agreed for each order and recorded in the production brief. Where AQL inspection is specified, clients may arrange third-party inspection at their own cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

All client designs, logos, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not share or replicate client designs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
